• If the extension seems stuck or unresponsive:

  • Close and reopen the extension

  • Stop the generation and re-try with the prompt - 'Create next 5 questions'

This usually resolves the issue.

Best Practices

• Always start with a new survey.

• Stick to 5-question generation batches for better control and error management.

• Do NOT change tabs or close the chrome browser while the question generation is in progress.

• Use Survey Designer for generation, then Professional Authoring for review/editing if needed.
