# Login and Setup

## :man\_technologist: Access the Metaforms Portal

Go to the [Metaforms Login Page](https://app.metaforms.ai/login) in your browser.

## :key: Login/Sign Up

* **Login**: If your admin has already created an account for you, use the **username and password** provided to log in directly.
* **Sign Up**:\
  If you haven't been set up yet, click **“Create Account”** at the bottom of the page.
  * Enter your **email address** and **set a password** of your choice.
  * After signing up, if you see a message like *“You have not been added to an organization in Metaforms,”* contact your **admin** and ask them to grant you access to the organization.

## :repeat: Resetting or Changing Your Password

Once you're logged in:

1. Click the **three dots (⋯)** next to your **profile icon** in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
2. Select **“Change Password”** from the menu.
3. Follow the steps:
   * Enter your **current password**.
   * Complete the **Captcha** and click **“Verify”**.
   * Enter your **new password**.
   * Click **“Update Password”** to save the changes.
