Login and Setup

👨‍💻 Access the Metaforms Portal

Go to the Metaforms Login Page in your browser.

🔑 Login/Sign Up

• Login: If your admin has already created an account for you, use the username and password provided to log in directly.

• Sign Up: If you haven't been set up yet, click “Create Account” at the bottom of the page.

  • Enter your email address and set a password of your choice.

  • After signing up, if you see a message like “You have not been added to an organization in Metaforms,” contact your admin and ask them to grant you access to the organization.

🔁 Resetting or Changing Your Password

Once you're logged in:

1. Click the three dots (⋯) next to your profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

2. Select “Change Password” from the menu.

3. Follow the steps:

   • Enter your current password.

   • Complete the Captcha and click “Verify”.

   • Enter your new password.

   • Click “Update Password” to save the changes.
