Project Details

This section captures the core attributes of your survey project:

• Survey Name: The name of the survey file currently being worked on.

• Created By: Shows the Metaforms user who initiated the survey.

• Created At: Timestamp indicating when the project was created.

• Template: Refers to the base structure used to generate the survey (e.g., Generalized Template).

• Survey Type:

  • Defaults to Adhoc (one-time or non-repeating survey).

  • You can click "Convert to Tracker Study" to initiate a Tracker Study.

  • This allows you to version your studies over time, useful for brand trackers or multi-wave research.
