# Generation History

The **Generation History** section keeps a log of all AI-powered content creation and editing activity within the survey.

Once generation is triggered, the following details are logged:

* **Timestamp** of when the generation occurred.
* **Tag** indicating the action used - e.g., `Generate with AI`, `Edit with AI`.
* **User prompt/instruction** - A brief note summarizing what was requested (e.g., *“Create up to next 3 questions only carefully.”*).

If no generation activity has occurred yet, you'll see a placeholder message:

> *“No generations yet. When you use Generate or Edit with AI, your history will appear here.”*
