# Claim Your Free Practice Session

In "Hands-on with Expert" section our Expert deep dive into individual features and guide you how to programme them.

The Practice QNR used in guided session are attached in the same page for your reference and use.

We encourage you to use Practice QNR and test out new features.

Don't worry your practice session will not be billed, provided you use the Practice QNR provided - feel free to practice as much as needed.

Steps to claim free practice sessions:

1. Download the Practice QNR
2. Create a new Survey and name it as "Practice : \<Topic Name>"

Please make sure to use the provided practice QNR and follow the project naming convection for free practice session.

If you'd like us to cover any particular topic as part of our Expert Session, please mail us the topic and QNR (if possible) to <help@metaforms.ai>.
