# Project creation

After your API integration is set up, create a project and open **Build** for Decipher survey work.

**Step 1:** Return to the **Projects** page to start a new project.

**Step 2:** Click **Create Project**.

**Step 3:** Name your project and create it.

**Step 4:** Unified Workflow centralizes all research steps: questionnaire design, survey programming, link testing, data validation, translation, open encoding, tabulation, and reporting.

**Step 5:** Go directly to the **Build** page for Decipher survey work.
