# Project Details

This section captures the core attributes of your survey project:

* **Survey Name**: The name of the survey file currently being worked on.
* **Created By**: Shows the Metaforms user who initiated the survey.
* **Created At**: Timestamp indicating when the project was created.
* **Template**: Refers to the base structure used to generate the survey (e.g., Generalized Template).
* **Survey Type**:
  * Defaults to **Adhoc** (one-time or non-repeating survey).
  * You can click **"Convert to Tracker Study"** to initiate a Tracker Study.
  * This allows you to version your studies over time, useful for brand trackers or multi-wave research.
