# Quota Sheet

Metaforms allows you to create precise, flexible **quota structures** for your surveys - controlling who can complete them and in what proportions. This is especially useful when targeting specific demographics like gender, age groups, or region splits.

Metaforms makes it seamless to define quotas using AI - no need to write complex logic or count values manually.

## **Setting Up Quota Sheet:**

* Press `cmd + K` or `ctrl + K` (or click the AI button at the top) to open the **AI Command Menu**.
* The AI will generate a **Quota Sheet** in tabular format.

## Enforcing Quotas:

The AI-generated quota sheet acts as a reference, but to enforce quotas during runtime:

* Switch to the **XML Editor**.
* Use `cmd + K` / `ctrl + K`or click **“Generate/Edit with AI”**, and prompt:

  > “Add quota tags based on the Quota Sheet.”
* The AI will insert `<quota>` tags into your XML automatically.
