## Exporting to PowerPoint

Click the **Download** button in the toolbar. Two export modes are available:

| Mode                  | Output                                                      | Best for                                                       |
| --------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Embedded**          | A single `.pptx` file with all images and charts embedded.  | Sending to clients or archiving.                               |
| **Linked (external)** | A `.zip` containing the `.pptx` plus external image assets. | When you need smaller file sizes or want to swap assets later. |
